What we handle and what we do not
Last updated 2026-11-02. This policy is for bestbathroomscales.com and its brand subdomains.
Reaching us by email
The only contact route on this site is [email protected]. If you write to us, we see your address and whatever you put in the message. We use it to reply and to fix errors. We do not add you to a list, and we do not pass your address to anyone else.
Server logs kept for security
Our servers record standard request logs, including IP address, browser type, and the pages you open. We keep these to spot abuse and keep the site running. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not sold or shared for advertising.
Catalog picker storage in your browser
The catalog picker remembers your filter choices using localStorage in your own browser. That data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers. Clearing your browser storage removes it. We cannot read it, and it does not identify you.
Cloudflare and basic site security
We route traffic through Cloudflare, which may set a security cookie to tell apart real visitors from bots. That cookie is about protecting the site, not about tracking you across other websites.
California rights and deleting your data
Under the CCPA, California residents can ask what personal information a business holds and request deletion. We do not sell personal information. To ask about anything tied to your email, write to [email protected] and we will respond.
Children and updates to this page
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date shown with it. Questions can go to [email protected].
Visit counts
This site loads Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are opened. A short notice on the site explains that. Google’s own policy covers that processing. We do not receive your name from it.
